I had to part with one of my 10,000yen notes today. Sad but very relieved at the same time. Took a long time to think but it is quite alarming and panicking when there is no cash at all, period. I can breathe now which is good. So today at ASB exch rate @73.6096 NZD135.90
$5 bus top up, 90c library printing. $27 posting honey to Sakai san. Went to free Unitec course again, good routine. Applied for Age Concern volunteer yesterday. Should I knock on ELP door? Maybe I should. Spent 4.50 on OTT mini cake for someone's birthday. Probably waste of money but I don't want to be kicked out of this room so there. Rent paid. I'm so pleased the loud music and visitors ain't continuing into the night.
